Estetik International is an aesthetic clinic in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. After launching there, it struggled to generate customer enquiries.

According to the clinic, approximately a year of promotional activity, including advertising on EBS TV, had produced no customer leads. It needed a way to turn interest in its services into conversations and appointments.

In the first 20 days of working with Ecliptic, the clinic reported more leads and booked consultations than it had in the past year. Those free consultations also led to paying customers, according to the clinic.

As of 13 October 2026, the ongoing campaign has generated 2,483 confirmed phone leads. Meta recorded ad delivery on 75 distinct dates so far. Those dates describe ad activity, not the length of our partnership.

The challenge: helping customers understand the clinic and take action

Estetik International had already opened in Addis Ababa. Its marketing challenge involved local awareness, trust, understanding of the services, pricing, and location.

The clinic offered consultations and services locally, with visiting doctors from Turkey. Prospective customers needed to understand what was available, who would provide it, and how to arrange a consultation.

Ecliptic took responsibility for content development, production, and paid advertising. The clinic’s own team handled calls, follow-up, and consultation bookings.

Our approach: specific services, Amharic messaging, and a direct call invitation

We developed Amharic content for the clinic’s range of services. Individual ads addressed specific concerns, including hair transplantation and body treatments, with clear invitations to call.

We produced video and other campaign assets, then ran call-focused ads on Facebook and Instagram. The free consultation offer gave interested customers a practical first step: speak with the clinic and discuss their needs.

The ads explained that visiting doctors from Turkey were available in Addis Ababa. Call buttons connected interested people to the clinic’s own team. That team answered questions, followed up, and booked consultations.

A leading creative: making local availability clear

One of our strongest hair-transplant ads had a simple message: you could see specialists from Turkey right here in Addis Ababa. We wrote it in Amharic and asked anyone interested to call the clinic and book an appointment.

That ad, introduced in June, had recorded 580 calls placed by the time of this report. It followed the initial consultation-booking results in May.

The message gave prospective customers a specific service, a local point of access, and a clear next step.

The first 20 days: more than 30 consultation bookings

During the first 20 days, Meta recorded 851 calls placed.

For that same period, the clinic reported more than 30 booked free consultations. Its own team managed the enquiries and appointments, and the clinic confirmed that consultations subsequently converted into paying customers.

The booking figure is the business outcome supplied by the clinic. The call figures come from Meta’s advertising reports.

Results to date

Ecliptic’s work with Estetik International is ongoing. The figures below are a snapshot of the Meta ad account as of 13 October 2026. The 75 days count dates when ads delivered, not the length of our partnership. Dates are reported in the account’s Addis Ababa timezone.

What clinic owners can take from this

Make each treatment understandable to the people you want to reach. In this campaign, that meant Amharic videos about specific services and a clear explanation that consultations and treatment were available in Addis Ababa.

Give people one clear next step. The ads invited them to call about a free consultation, and the clinic’s team was ready to answer, follow up, and book appointments.

Measure phone enquiries and booked consultations separately. Meta reports the call leads; the clinic confirmed the bookings and later paying customers. Both figures matter, but they describe different stages of the customer journey.

Measurement note: The earlier lead history, consultation bookings, and conversion into paying customers were reported by the clinic through Ecliptic. Advertising figures come from Meta account data retrieved on 13 October 2026. The phone-lead total uses Meta’s calls-placed count, which Ecliptic confirmed represents real customer leads. Dates with ad delivery are distinct dates with recorded impressions; inactive dates are excluded. The first-20-day and results-to-date figures cover different reporting periods, as labelled.
